Bernhardt Announces Binnacle Diver Refinements and Price Increase
Bernhardt Watch Company has announced a pending price increase for its signature Binnacle Diver model. Effective Monday, April 6th, the price for this timepiece will rise to $795. The company cites rising production costs as the primary reason for the adjustment, while also noting that they have taken the opportunity to refine the watch's execution and details after 20 years of production.
The updated Binnacle Diver features a slim profile at just 11mm thick and maintains a water resistance rating of 300 meters. Technical specifications include a deep blue sandwich dial, a sapphire bezel, and an in-house regulated Miyota 9039 movement. According to the brand, this movement is regulated to perform within a precision range of ±5 seconds per day.
To provide customers a final opportunity to purchase at current rates, Bernhardt has delayed the price increase until after the Easter holiday. As a special promotion, any watch model purchased from the brand before the April 6th deadline will include a complimentary Bernhardt embroidered hat. The Binnacle Diver is positioned as a versatile heritage piece designed to "disappear on the wrist" while remaining highly capable.
