Nite Maverick Gareth de la Torre Completes the Commando Shuffle with MX10

Nite Maverick Gareth de la Torre recently competed in the Commando Shuffle in Scotland, a team event where he faced off against elite members of the Royal Marines and Paras. Throughout the 6.7-mile course, Gareth carried a 36lb rucksack and completed the challenge in 1 hour and 9 minutes. This event served as a rigorous field test for his Nite MX10 Explorer watch, which remained fully functional despite the quick pace and tough terrain. The Commando Shuffle was part of Gareth’s ongoing preparation for the upcoming London Marathon on April 26th. During the marathon, he intends to run in full military kit and boots while carrying a 40lb rucksack. This effort is dedicated to raising funds for the Royal Marines Charity, an organization that provides support to both veterans and currently serving Royal Marines. The newsletter highlights the MX10 Explorer as a durable tool built for such high-intensity environments. Nite continues to showcase the 'Proven Through Passion' ethos by featuring the real-world performance of their watches during extreme physical challenges. Readers are encouraged to support Gareth’s fundraiser via JustGiving or explore the MX10 collection on the official website.
