Nordic Marine Instruments Announces LUNØR Double Moon Phase Pre-Order
Nordic Marine Instruments has announced the upcoming pre-order launch of the LUNØR, a double moon phase watch inspired by Nordic nights. The pre-order period officially begins on March 25 at various times globally, including 10:10 PM SGT and 9:10 AM EST. Early backers can access a special 48-hour offer price of $799 USD, which is a $100 discount from the regular retail price of $899 USD. Additionally, customers who order before the end of April will receive a free stainless steel bracelet valued at $200.
The LUNØR features a 39 mm stainless steel case with the brand's signature Mørk finishing and a sapphire crystal on both the front and the case back. It is powered by a Miyota 9015 automatic movement equipped with a custom 59-tooth moonphase module. The design includes a "Måneblik" moon window for an additional view of the moon, alongside a luminous Aurora detail on the dial.
Technical specifications highlight the use of premium materials for visibility and aesthetics. The moon disc is treated with C3 Super-LumiNova, while the hands and indices utilize BGW9 for low-light legibility. The watch comes standard with a dial-matching genuine Italian leather strap, though a stainless steel bracelet is available as an option. After the initial promotional period, the watch will revert to its standard $899 USD price point.
