Nordic Marine Instruments Announces US Fulfillment and LUNØR Launch Details

Nordic Marine Instruments has announced a significant update for its United States customers ahead of the upcoming LUNØR collection launch. The brand has established a new US-based fulfillment center, ensuring that all domestic orders will be shipped from within the country. This change eliminates import paperwork, customs handling, and unexpected duties for American buyers while providing faster domestic delivery times once shipping begins. The LUNØR is scheduled to launch on March 25, 2026, with special introductory pricing. For the first 48 hours of the launch, the watch will be available for $799 USD, after which it will return to its regular price of $899 USD. Customers who order before the end of April will also receive a free stainless steel bracelet valued at $200 USD; subsequent orders will come on a leather strap with the bracelet available as an optional add-on. Technical specifications for the LUNØR include a 39mm stainless steel case featuring the brand's signature "Mørk" finishing and a sapphire crystal front and case back. The watch is powered by a Miyota 9015 premium automatic movement, enhanced with a custom 59-tooth mechanical double moonphase module. The design includes a "Måneblik" moon window for an additional view of the moon and a moon disc coated in C3 Super-LumiNova for a luminous "Aurora" effect. The dial is complemented by BGW9 lume on the hands and indices to ensure high legibility. Each watch comes with a color-matched genuine Italian leather strap. The movement and complications are showcased through an exhibition case back, highlighting the unique astronomical focus of this new instrument from Nordic Marine.
