I do have a watch with that on it, Tenacity. It's a submariner watch and they made it kind of... odd. Now that I know more about watch design, they look really out of place. Along with other things that really strike me as odd

They add a nice vintage character to my field watches, but the value proposition depends entirely on the lume application. If the segments aren't perfectly filled, they end up looking messy and dated rather than elegant.

They look great on field watches, but poor finishing on the handset usually ruins it for me. It’s hard to beat the way Monta handles cathedral hands without them looking cheap or dated.

Man, cathedral hands are a tough one for me. On something like a Baltic Aquascaphe with that vintage vibe, they look perfect. But on a more modern diver, they can definitely feel a bit too fussy and old-fashioned. It really depends on the overall design, I guess!
